  • We can’t wait to preserve your flowers! Booking is easy - here’s how. 

    1. Choose your frame size and style from our pricing page

    2. Determine if you would like a floating frame (glass on glass) or a mat backing (white). 

    3. Fill out our booking form to confirm the date of your event, your frame selection, and whether you’ll be dropping off your bouquet (in Stratford, Ontario) or shipping it (the customer is responsible for the shipping cost). 

    4. I will confirm your date via email within 48 hours (don’t forget to check your junk folder!) 

    5. Once you receive your email confirmation, a $100 deposit via eTransfer will hold your date. This deposit is subtracted from the final amount owing.

  • I am located in Stratford, Ontario, just 40 minutes from Kitchener-Waterloo and 50 minutes from London. In person drop off and pick up is in Stratford, Ontario, but we accept shipments across Canada (the customer is responsible for the shipping cost).

  • As soon as possible! Once you have firmed up your wedding date and venue, I encourage you to book your date. I can only accept a limited number of bouquets each weekend and dates during peak wedding season fill up quickly. 

  • Of course! Please fill out the booking form and specify that you will be shipping your bouquet. I will send you detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure your bouquet arrives to me in perfect condition. Please note, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including shipping the bouquet to me for preservation and having the final artwork shipped to you. 

  • The sooner the better! Bouquets should be delivered to my drop-off location in Stratford, Ontario within two days of your event, or three days if shipping. Please keep your bouquet in fresh water and out of direct sunlight in the days leading up to the drop-off. 

  • Please drop off your full bouquet. If you have extra flowers from a centerpiece or from your bridesmaids, you can include those as well. I will carefully select the flowers that are in the best condition to ensure we get great results when pressing. 

  • The entire process from drop off to pick up takes 3-4 months. Pressing flowers can take anywhere between 6-8 weeks and then we reconstruct the flowers and design the final piece. Some flowers take longer to press than others due to their moisture content. 

  • Absolutely! I'll send you a photo by email for your approval before finalizing anything. If you'd like to make any adjustments to the design, just let me know—I’d love to hear your thoughts! Please note that any design changes need to be submitted within 48 hours to keep other projects on schedule. If I don’t hear back within that timeframe, I’ll proceed with the design as is. Thank you for your understanding!

  • 16x20 is our most popular size and can typically fit an entire bridal bouquet. Our three standard frame sizes come in small (13x16), medium (16x20), and large (18x24). However, custom sizes are available. Our floating glass (glass-on-glass) is the most popular style. The wood type is completely up to you! Consider where you’ll display your keepsake and what type of furniture you have when choosing. 

  • Our frames are handcrafted locally specifically for Petite Pressed Petals. Each frame is made of solid wood to ensure the longevity of your pressed bouquet. 

  • Yes! Whether you are looking for maple, cherry, or gold-painted poplar, we can make it happen! Fill out the booking form and let me know what you have in mind. 

  • We use UV glass to protect your flowers from fading caused by the sun. Art glass is also available at an extra cost. 

  • I love the look of naturally pressed flowers and have had great results pressing even some of the most challenging blooms. However, sometimes high moisture flowers or blooms that have bruised can use a little enhancing. I currently only offer colour correction on white flowers and only as needed. I will reach out to you by email if I think it’s a good option for your flowers.
